What were the key driving factors behind your decision to purchase your 3D-lipo machine?
Non-surgical body treatments have been becoming more and more popular and are a much more sought-after treatment than ever before. Ipswich wasn’t a place that had invested in this type of beauty treatment so we decided it was a perfect time to invest.
How important was it to look at a multi-platform approach to treating clients when making your purchase decision?
Everybody has something that they are self-conscious about. Whether it’s fat, loose skin, pockets, or cellulite. We wanted one machine that would treat all concerns rather than having multiple machines that cost more money, take up more space and leave you dealing with lots of different brands.
What do you feel gives 3D-lipo the edge over your competition in your area?
Ipswich is now becoming more popular with clinical beauty treatments. Cheaper, more common machines tend not to give people the results they want, whereas with 3D we know that our clients are getting the ultimate safety, professionalism and results that you would want to see from these treatments.
How would you say that 3D-lipo complements or adds to your business model?
3D-lipo definitely brings a lot to Glow! We began our journey with one 3D-Lipomed and now have a 3D-Ultimate, 3D-Ultimatepro, 3D-HIFU and now the brand-new 3D-HydrO2 machine! These treatments are definitely one of the most popular treatments that we offer at our clinic.
How did your clients react to this new addition to your treatment menu?
Our clients definitely love the idea of 3D Lipo and are always wanting to know more! We have posters in our reception which always entices people to ask questions
On average, how many clients are you treating per week on your 3D machine?
We have two therapists trained and perform around 15+ treatments per week using 3D Lipo
How are your clients finding their results?
Our clients are absolutely loving their results with both body and face treatments!
Please give an example of a client that was pleased with their results e.g. what was the clients target (lose fat, improve cellulite appearance, tighten loose skin)?
We had a client come to Glow who was looking to improve the appearance of their stomach. We agreed that they would have a double fat freeze followed by a course of 8 cavitation, radiofrequency and shockwave sessions to target area.
In total, this client lost 15 inches from their stomach and the area looked smoother, tighter and smaller.
In general, what has client feedback been like?
The feedback has been fantastic! We get a lot of repeat customers and see many clients coming into clinic through recommendations from our other clients!
How do you advertise/promote 3D-lipo to your existing clients and also new clients?
To promote our 3D-lipo treatments we use social media, focussing on the before and after results and celebrities who also love these treatments. We also occasionally send out emails to our database with a special offer.
Our reception area features 3D-lipo banners and posters which a lot of clients, who visit us for different treatments, ask questions about. This allows us to educate them on this treatment offering and often upsell while they are here for a completely different treatment.
How have you found the response to your promotion of 3D-lipo in comparison to any other launches you have undertaken?
Lots of people are interested in the treatments as they love the idea of being able to target their concerns in a non-surgical way! We also host evening events which allows clients to come and see live treatment demonstrations so that they can see what the treatment does, looks like and how it feels which encourages a lot of clients to book on for their own session.
How long did it take to make a return on your investment?
As 3D treatments are one of our most popular, we were able to expand our treatment offering and upgrade our machine within 12 months of purchasing our 3D-Lipomed. Since this upgrade we have also invested in further machines with 3D-lipo including their brand-new 3D-Ultimatepro and 3D-HydrO2!
Roughly, to date, how much money would you say the machine has turned over since you’ve had it?
Due to our wide treatment menu, offering non-surgical 3D face and body treatments that can target a whole host of concerns suitable for almost anybody, we have made thousands and thousands!
How do you maximise on the press/brand awareness of 3D-lipo?
We make use of all of the marketing materials provided by 3D-lipo, regularly posting on social media with before and after images, celebrities having the treatments and videos of the treatments being done. We also share a lot of client experiences through our online platforms and encourage customers to book onto their first treatments by sending out occasional offers.
We spend a lot of time talking to our customers about these treatments to educate them on how they work and how they can be beneficial to them.
Do you ever see spikes in treatment enquiries when 3D-lipo is featured in the press?
Definitely, clients love to know they can have the talked about treatment that celebrities love for an affordable price!
Is your presence on our clinic finder listing benefiting your business and if so, how?
Yes, we have had a few clients travel even up to an hour to come here for the treatment as they do not have one near them!
What is your feedback on the training provided and on-going support from the training department at 3D-lipo Ltd?
We love going on the training, we always feel confident to do the treatments the minute we are back in the clinic, and excited to do so!
