Over the past 10 years, 3D-lipo has become a phenomenon within the UK beauty and aesthetics industry – a recognisable brand that both clinics and their customers know and trust. As a result of this rapid growth, in May 2018, we moved into our new, company-owned HQ and training facility which sees over 75 people trained in 3D-lipo devices per week.
At the beginning of this year, 3D-lipo took an exciting step and brought in Adam Batty as a business consultant. Adam is an experienced non-executive director, currently sitting on the boards of two listed companies and a senior corporate lawyer who most recently was the General Counsel of Selfridges Group and prior to that, the General Counsel of Domino’s Pizza Group Plc.
Adam is advising on a range of strategic, commercial and legal matters as the business plans the next stage of its growth. Following on from the initial work that Adam has done, he has agreed to become a Non-Executive Director of 3D-lipo Ltd.
In addition to Adam joining us, we have recently appointed Scott Julian as our first National Sales Manager, to manage our growing number of Business Development Managers. This coincides with a restructuring of the previous sales function to facilitate a new, more business- partnering way of working with our customers, exciting new machine launches and our journey through ISO13485. Scott is a very experienced sales professional, having joined 3D-lipo from Syneron Candela, where he held the position of National Sales Manager UK & Ireland.
Roy Cowley, Founder and Managing Director of 3D-lipo Ltd says “I welcome both Adam and Scott to 3D-lipo Ltd, the UK leading supplier of equipment to the burgeoning UK beauty and aesthetics industry. We have grown quickly over the last couple of years and have reached the stage where I felt we needed to bring some additional skills and experience on board to enable us to deliver on our exciting growth plans over the next few years.“
